Do I get to choose which photos I want?

You are more than welcome to review the photos that the IMOTO photographer takes at the property. We encourage you to let the photographer know if there is something in particular that you would like photographed or not photographed. However, once our photographer leaves the property you will no longer have a choice. The photos that were taken at the property will be edited and then made available to you via our website and you will be responsible for payment for all photos that you receive.

What is the difference between a branded and unbranded virtual tour?

IMOTO knows that your MLS has restrictions on placing branded photos or links on your listing pages. Therefore, we offer you an unbranded tour that should fit your MLS guidelines on branding. The unbranded tour will not have our logo and will not have any information other than the information on the property. The branded tour, on the other hand, does have branding on it. You can upload your contact information and even your portrait. The branded virtual tour is for you to use to market the listing as well as yourself.

What are my payment options?

In order to be able to download your purchases, you must pay online first. We accept AMEX, VISA and Mastercard. We do not accept any other form of payment. You will not be required to pay when we visit the home, rather you will pay once the products are ready for download.

How long does it take to get IMOTO products?

You will receive all standard orders by the morning of the next business day following the IMOTO appointment. Any special orders may require additional time.

Where is IMOTO located?

IMOTO currently serves New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Alexandria, Lake Charles, Mandeville, Hammond, Covington, Slidell, Jackson MS, the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Atlanta GA, Charleston SC, Savannah GA, Pensacola FL and Jacksonville FL! However, our virtual tours, virtual staging, and do-it-yourself floor plans are available to anyone in the United States and Canada.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchases?

On the very rare occasion that you are not satisfied with one of your purchases please contact us immediately by emailing contact@imotophoto.com. If we determine that the product is below IMOTO standards we will replace the purchase at no additional charge. For example, if there is a photo that is blurry we will send a photographer back to the property to re-shoot the image at no additional charge. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products so we encourage all of our clients to contact us if there is any concerns.

How long will my products be available for download in my account on the IMOTO website?

IMOTO guarantees 12 months of free cloud storage* for every order. You have the option to extend your cloud storage by 12 months for a small fee. See below for photo storage pricing. 

  • First 12 months of storage are free!
  • While placing your order, you will have the option to upgrade to 24 months of storage for only $7.
  • 14 days before your order expires, you will have the option to extend your storage for 12 additional months for $19. 
*This storage system will give you access to your entire order, including the downloadable version of products and the live links to your virtual tours (hosted by IMOTO). Once your order has expired (if you have not paid the additional storage fee), you no longer have continual access to the products or virtual tour links. You can, of course, download your photos and store them on your personal device prior to the order expiration, however, the virtual tour links will no longer be active. 
 
Please note, your order history and invoice will remain available even after your order is expired. 
 

How to extend your storage?

You can extend your order storage in two ways:  
Extend Storage While Placing Your Order
1. Chose your IMOTO products and proceed to check out. 
2. Before confirming your order, you can check the box to upgrade your storage from 12 months to 24 months for $7. 
 
Extend Storage 14 Days Before Your Order Expires
1. You will receive an email from IMOTO alerting you that your order will expire in 14 days.
2. If you would like IMOTO to continue to store your photos and virtual tours, then log into your IMOTO account within the 14 days before your order expires.
3. Click the button next to your invoice in your order history to pay the storage fee of $19. 
4. Now your order will be stored for 12 more months!
 
*If you choose not to extend the storage for your order, IMOTO encourages you to download your products and save them on your personal device prior to your order's expiration. CLICK HERE for a tutorial on how to download products from your account. Please note that after your order expires you will no longer have access to virtual tours, but will still be able to access your order invoice.  
 

How many photos should I order?

Each property is different so it is hard to say. But generally you want to photograph the front exterior, back exterior, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, dining areas, and front entry. You are only charged for the photos that we take. Therefore, if you order a 25 photo package but we only take 23 photos, you will only be charged for 23 photos.

How will I receive my purchases?

When your purchases are ready, you will receive an email informing you that you should return to www.ImotoPhoto.com and login to the site. After login you will pay for your purcahses. Once payment is complete you will be able to download the photos directly from our site to your computer. You will be able to choose what sizes you would like to download. For example, we will have a pre-cropped size ready for the MLS or we have a larger size for you to use in print marketing.

How much is your aerial photo?

The aerial photo is free with every photo package purchase. However, certain properties are not good candidates for the aerial shot. For example, if there is too much tree coverage or too many power lines, we will not take the aerial shot. Additionally, if the photographer is specifically instructed to only take a certain number of photos and there are not enough photos for an aerial shot, the photographer will only take one standard front exterior and will not take an aerial shot. If you would rather the aerial instead of the standard shot in that case please inform the photographer.
